REVITALIZATION OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS IN KIEV

Revitalization of industrial buildings, by means of reconstruction with feather use in nonindustrial way, is well spread throughout the world construction practice. It is only gets started in Ukraine. Kiev is a leader among Ukrainian cities in number of successfully realized projects of revitalization. Objects of revitalization in city of Kiev have been analyzed in article. Specifics, causes and advantages of revitalization have been brought. All revitalized objects were considered in context of time frames, building functionality and who is in charge of investment project. Problems have been studied and recommendations for revitalization development provided both city of Kiev and Ukraine on the whole.
