Abstract
Abstract : A 27 years old lady presented with multiple well defined hypertrophic plaque on both legs for 15 years and verrucous growth on left leg for 6 months. Biopsy from the plaque and the growth were consistant with hypertrophic lichen planus and verrucous carcinoma respectively. Wide excision with split skin grafting was done for the growth. Verrucous carcinoma in lichen planus is rare and it is probably due to constant epidermal stimulation by chronic inflammation. Few such cases have been reported in literature.
