About the estimation and increasing of the energy savings motivation level

The motivation of energy efficiency is an important component of the energy management system. To estimate its level and improve the motivation side of energy management the author recommends applying the human capital approach for personnel who are responsible for energy consumption. The author suggests his method of calculating the NPV of investments in the energy efficiency motivation and gives explanation of the model determining the effective level of expenditure and investments in motivation using statistical regression methods.
