Abstract : In our opd we come across many cases of RP but syndromic phenotypes associated with retinitis pigmentosa are not so frequent perticularly alstrom syndrome. Alstrom syndrome is a rareautosomal recessive multiorgan disorder. Involment ranges from ocular, aural, endocrinal, hepatorenal, gastrointestinal systems, among many others.we hereby present one suchcase who came to us for blindness certificate
