Abstract
Sarcoma-like mural nodules are seen occasionally in ovarian epithelial tumors. Distinction of this sarcoma like mural nodule from the true sarcomatous nodules and anaplastic carcinoma is important because the latter two carry poor prognosis than that of sarcoma-like mural nodules. In this case report we describe a case of 70-year-old female with mucinous ovarian tumor and a mural nodule in the wall of the cyst along with a benign brenner component.
