Abstract
The position of Russian education requires effective management of the quality of education. The currently state system of quality assessment, SPO is based on the requirements to the content and timing of the development of educational programs, training and methodical support of educational process, to the qualification characteristics of teaching staff, material base of educational institutions, the quality of learning by students. If an educational institution meets these requirements, students receive an education established by the state quality, which is confirmed by the results graduates of state documents on education. Therefore, a huge responsibility for the quality of education falls on the process of studying and forecasting the needs of the labour market, the individual and society as a whole.
