Abstract
The article analyzed the problem of excessive heat and hazardous emissions at the hot shops catering. Adopted in the draft air distribution system of the premises. Designed the experience of conformity to the regulations on localization of heat. The analysis equipment of hot shops in modern conditions, in the studied building.
