Abstract
Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) is a rare acquired disorder of hematopoietic stem cells, which produces all kinds of blood cells (such as erythrocytes, platelets and different types of leucocytes). Although this disease can be founded quite rarely, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria is very interesting for medicine and science in generally. Searching appearance mechanisms, possible complications, prevention and treatment of this disease are causes for many different investigations ,one of which will be discussed below.
