Abstract
The article highlighted the issue of developing a system of labor potential of the enterprise, which increases its effectiveness in use.According to the purpose of this study were as follows: to identify the factors that determine the employment potential of individual workers and enterprises; analysis criteria and methodology for assessing the employment potential; analysis of management labor potential of the enterprise; optimization of the structure and interaction of employees; development of personnel management system aimed at improving the efficiency of the labor potential of the enterprise. Object is personnel. The subject of the study is the employment potential of individual workers and companies that determine the factors and methods of administration. The article make provision economics and labor economics of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of labor potential, methodical with problems of diagnosis of labor potential, motivation, appraisal of socio-psychological climate, determine the optimal number of staff as well as research in related fields ( management, personnel management, motivation theory, analysis of business enterprises).The practical significance of the article is that the use of the developed system can enhance the efficient operation of the company through more complete and efficient use of its labor potential. Complex analyzes presented in this paper can be used for the development of more efficient use of labor potential in other enterprises.
