PROBLEM ASPECTS OF THE SYSTEM OF COMPULSORY MEDICAL INSURANCE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

This article analyzes the current state of the system of compulsory health insurance in Russia, highlights key problems of functioning and further development of the mandatory medical insurance system. After the analysis, done in the article, we can draw the conclusions about the necessity of institutional reforms in the health management and financing system.
