Abstract

The subject of research is theoretical and practical issues of development and implementation of fiscal policy as a tool to influence economic development. The aim of the study computer science in modern education is the search for methods and ways to overcome the problems of development. Research methods. The paper used a set of scientific methods and approaches, including systemic, structural, comparative, factorial, allowing realize conceptual integrity of the study. The results of the work. The features of implementation science in high school. A priority directions of improvement of science teaching in the medium term. Range of application results. Real state education and tools to implement it. Conclusion. To solve the problems of education informatization Ukraine should conduct a comprehensive study on the above mentioned areas with wide involvement in this work of research institutions Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, higher education institutions and producers of ICT. Analysis of trends educational reform and capabilities of information technology during their implementation, gives reason to believe that the decisive factor in achieving the main objectives of reforming education is its informatization. An effective system of information education can be made if they are based on the research activities undertaken in the education system, and take into account both the current state and possible transformation of education in the process of reforming the current state and prospects of development of information technology, the latest achievements of pedagogy , psychology and information technology training.
