WORLD EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS SOFTWARE SOLUTION EXTERNAL SECURITY

The aim of the article is the analysis of the world experience in solving the problem of ensuring security of foreign trade. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical and practical aspects of ensuring security of foreign trade. The object of research is the analysis of the world experience in solving the problem of external economic security. The paper used theoretical methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison, systematization, that allowed generalizing the theoretical material on the issue of research, organize the world experience in solving the problem of external economic security and to justify the possibility of adapting it to Ukraine. Ensuring economic security is a guarantee of the country's independence, the main condition for the stability and efficiency of society, to achieve success. That is why economic security among the most important national priorities. States of the world have come a long way of civilized development of the market economy, building strong federations and Euro-regions, a strong tradition in the field of lawmaking. However, all this is happening against the background of political stability and economic growth - two of the most necessary components to ensure an adequate level of national security and its component - the external economic safety. It is this state of affairs is a guide and a model for sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy and ensure its external economic security. The analysis of world experience in solving the problem of providing security and foreign economic features of the current state of socio-economic security of the leading states, will take into account the positive aspects of their experience in the provision of recommendations to ensure the safety of foreign trade of Ukraine.
