PROBLEMS OF FORMATION REVENUE

The article devoted to the issue of filling the revenue of the state budget, which has been and is one of the most important problems. The methodological basis of research is normative and legislative acts of Ukraine, analysis of scientific publications and statistical data. Methods of research supports: a systematic approach, statistical observation and comparison. The results showed that only with proper implementation of the budgetary process provided economic and social stability and adequate standard of living income.
