Abstract
In the article an interdependence of functioning of a build industry and national economy is investigated, that allowed to do the prognosis of the perspective of the development of national economy on the nearest years. Important role of internal and external investments is defined and stimulant measures with creation of favourable environment for their enlisting and sending in a build industry and on financing of capital-intensive productions is offered.
