Abstract
This article is devoted to the practice of state regulation of prices for socially-oriented goods and services. The theoretical aspects of state regulation of prices for consumer goods and methods of state regulation of prices for socially- oriented products have been considered. The characteristic of retail prices for food products in retail of Zaporizhzhia region, including trade allowances has been given.
