Abstract
A place and role of small business are investigated in the economies of different countries. Results over of analysis of dynamics of indexes of development of small enterprise of Ukraine are brought, and influence of external factors is estimated on forming of enterprise activity in a country. On the basis of undertaken a study recommendations are given in relation to the improvement of enterprise climate with the purpose of providing of height of sector of small enterprise.
