Abstract
The paper analyzes the works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of organization of responsibility at enterprises and and its enhancement, and their limitations are revealed. Different approaches to the description and analysis of business processes were studied. A procedure for analyzing business processes and personnel interactions at the enterprise is offered taking into account the preservation of its responsibility. The problems concerning the preservation of responsibility are highlighted. The phase of personnel’s responsibility preservation when performing enterprisee’s business processes is offered.
