Financial ensuring and organizational-economic support of innovative processes in economy of Ukraine

The quantitative indices of the current financial ensuring of the scientific sphere and innovative processes in the industry of Ukraine are analysed. The proposals on reforming of the operating system of financing and improvement of its corresponding mechanisms are given. The main changes in structure of governing bodies of innovations in Ukraine, developed as a result of carrying out administrative reform of the last months are considered, its shortcomings are defined and prime measures for their elimination are offered.
