Abstract
The article is devoted to the role of marketing information systems (MIS) at providing of effective marketing management of enterprise. The specified definition of „marketing information system” is offered. The barriers to the implementation of MIS in the enterprise are analyzed. Directions of application of MIS for implementation of marketing functions are described and benefits of MIS introduction in the company are defined.
