Abstract
In the article the current system of indicators to measure the level of innovation development of the EU member-states was analyzed, the opportunities their calculation for Ukraine was identified. The necessity of modification and enhancements of national statistics for the realization of comparative analysis of a condition science and innovation areas in Ukraine and countries EU was justified.
