Study of the Sustainability of Processing Agricultural Enterprises

The article considers the current state of the definition of sustainability in relation to the activities of enterprises. Proposed to determine the sustainability of the enterprise as its ability to withstand the negative effects of the environment on its business. The factors of production variability in sales prices revised account by agricultural enterprises and the cost of purchased raw materials. The parameters of the sales and purchases sustainability of the enterprise, which express the excess of the price of its production over the cost and maximum value of raw materials over its current price, are proposed. The calculations of the level of sales and procurement sustainability of enterprises indicate the importance to control the level of sustainability and measures to support it not below the threshold level, which guarantees the company break-even basis.
