The Modern Trends of Professional Lifelong Learning

The theoretical basis of training and education issues is considered.Thet rends, ages and genders characteristics of vocational training for people living in different European countries is researched. The positive trends in the distribution of education throughout life and the main indicators of development is identified. The quantitative characteristics of the extended vocational training introduction in enterprises in the EU is installed. The necessity of the European experience use and the possibility of extending training for human life in Ukraine is justified.
