Abstract
The article reveals the determination of the international conceptual-categorical apparatus and analyzes the international system of concepts in pedagogical science. The development of the main international constituents is explored. The purpose of the paper is to define a clear hierarchical vector of conceptual laws, noting that the international conceptual-categorical apparatus of pedagogical science becomes the subject of study of pedagogical reality in the whole variety of cultural traditions of the multilingual world. Interpretation, definition and refinement of such modern concepts as «quality of education», «creativity», «assertiveness», «acmeology», «pedeutology», «mobbing», «bulling» are given.
