Abstract

The modernization processes taking place in the Russian banking system are increasingly attracting the attention not only of specialists but also of bank employees. In this connection, banking systems of other states are of interest. The article is devoted to the study of commercial banks of the People's Republic of China, one of the most important economic partners of Russia, especially in this period of deterioration of financial ties with European countries and the United States. For a long time, the legal aspects of the regulation of entrepreneurial activities in China were not given due attention. Meanwhile, the rapid growth of the economy and industry makes it necessary to study more closely the processes taking place in this country. Gaps in the views of Russian entrepreneurs on the regulatory and legal regulation of certain aspects of economic activity have a negative impact on the establishment of economic ties with that country. The article deals with regulatory legal acts of the People's Bank of China, the Commission for Regulation of Banking Activities under the State Council in China (CBRC), the State Administration of Industry and Trade of China (SAIC). The issues of regulating the registration, establishment and activities of commercial banks in China are being studied. The study of the legal regulation of commercial banks allows using the experience of China in optimizing the banking system and adapting it to work in the conditions of the international economic crisis.
