Kundalini Awakening: The Physiological Aspects

Awakening of Kundalini in the body is associated with both physical and Psychological effects. Different physical symptoms appear during the movement of the energy from one psychic centre to another. Researches though limited, have been conducted to find out the symptoms and the reason behind in terms of body physiological factors. Different theories also have been developed to explain the phenomena of kundalini and its associated physiological aspects. In this article the authors have tried to present the physiological aspects and reason thereof during awakening of Kundalini.
