Abstract
This paper presents an innovative approach to the determination of nucleotide sequences. Innovation consists in using the deduction method, which is the opposite of the induction method used in most modern studies. Using this approach, the Mathematical Model of the codon set is compiled. Based on this model, the following are compiled: 1) The standard set of triplets - T T T, T T A, T C T, C T T, T T C, T C A, A C T, C A T, C T C, T C C, C C T, C C A, A C C, C A C, C C C, C C G, --------- C G C ---------- G C C, C G C, G T C, C T G, C G T, T G C, T C G, G C T, A C C, C A A, A C A, T A C, C T A, A T C, A T T, T A T. 2) The mathematical formula of human DNA is 9 x 11 x 3 x 11 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 = 3 264 000 000 pairs of nucleotides. 3) The mathematical formula of the human genome is 9 x 11 x 3 x 11 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 = 25 600 genes. Within the framework of the mathematical formula of human DNA, as well as the mathematical formula of the human genome, data are obtained that directly or indirectly correspond to the results of the Human Genome Project and related research, that is, 1) the minimum size of 1 exon = 15 pairs of nucleotides; 2) the maximum size of 1 exon = 17 100 pairs of nucleotides (titanium gene); 3) total number of introns = 300 000 introns; 4) minimum size of 1 gene = 21 pair of nucleotides (endorphins gene); 5) the maximum size of 1 gene = 2,400,000 pairs of nucleotides (dystrophin gene); 6) total number of genes to the human genome = 25,600 genes; 7) the approximate number of pairs of nucleotides in the human genome = 3,264,000,000 pairs of nucleotides. Thus, the proposed work is also a generalization and systematization of the results of the Human Genome Project.
