Abstract
Education is one of the fundamental pillars of social activity. The ability of organizations, learning to identify and retaining workforce is qualified. One of the considered factors in making this ability is the training and development of human resources in the organization. While the importance of developing and improving the organization's human resources and training in human resource development plays a key role, is no secret. Human resource development is one of the active components of organization management. Purpose of this survey at first is describes expressing the concept and development process of human resources, formulating strategy of human resource development and models of human resource development, then pay the concepts and principles of education and the mission of education system for staff and finally relationship between education and human resource development and comprehensive education system of human resource development will be discussed in the final section summarizing the presented topics.
