Abstract
Abstact. This study aims to determine the influence of Biological Science Inquiry Model (BSIM) and student's learning styles to learning outcome of acid-base subject matter. Research population are Class XI IPA of SMA PGRI 6 Banjarmasin. This quasi experiment research applied factorial design. Learning outcomes datas obtained through pre-test and post-test, meanwhile, psychomotoric as well as datas of learning styles and students response to the learning process collected by using questionnaires. Then, to evaluate effect of BSIM and learning style to learning outcome, they were analyzed using ANAVA. This study showed that (1) Implementation of BSIM learning models affects to student's learning outcome (2) student's learning styles had no effect to the student learning outcomes in acid-base subject matter where BSIM was applied and (3) the students give positive responses to the acid-base learning process which applied BSIM.
