PROBLEMS OF IMPROVING THE LEGISLATION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE SPHERE OF INTERETHNIC RELATIONS

The present article deals with the modern problems of improving the legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of interethnic relations. This topic is of great relevance due to the fact that a large part of international, interstate and intra-state conflicts in the modern world is somehow connected with inter-ethnic relations. The issues of interethnic relations and conflicts on ethnic or religious grounds, actively can be used by the enemies of Russia for the organization of "color revolutions" on the territory of our country. The study used a number of scientific research methods, in particular: historical, formal-logical; statistical; analysis; legal history; comparative law. To prevent inter-ethnic conflicts in the Russian Federation it is necessary to resolve the major problems associated with optimization of its legislation regulating the sphere of interethnic relations. In addition, you should consider the experience positive regulation of interethnic relations in some constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in particular, in the Krasnodar region.
