THE ASSESSMENT OF EFFICIENCY OF USE OF PERSONNEL POTENTIAL OF THE ENTERPRISE

The aim of this work is the identification of trends in the development of an estimation of personnel potential of the enterprise. This article describes the features of the methods of analysis of efficiency of use of personnel potential of the economic entity. In the article on the actual example of procedure of an estimation of personnel potential of the enterprise-manufacturer. The author offers recommendations for the implementation of the analysis of the efficiency of the personnel of the enterprise, taking into account the need of leveling the socio-economic tensions in the stagnating economic development and a slowdown in economic development in the Russian Federation.
