Abstract
The article analyzes the specific issues in the field of contractual relations the provision of tourist services, the relationship held with the rules of civil law. In this article, the author developed and presented some proposals in order to enter into, and the application of certain types of contracts for paid provision of tourism services. The author carried out a deep analysis of the literature and regulatory sources in the field of contractual relations.
