FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY OF THE EMPLOYEE OF FSIN OF RUSSIA

An author examines the questions of professional identity of employees of the criminally-executive system. As there are contradictions between queries the practices expressed in the necessity of forming of professional identity as a factor of increase of the productivity of professional activity of employees of ФСИН of Russia and insufficiency of theoretical knowledge on the presented range of problems, including by absence of операционализации of new concepts, by the necessity of adjustment already present. Working of substantial row of mechanisms of development of identity is therefore needed as it applies to the sphere of professional activity of employees of ФСИН
