Abstract

The paper deals with strategy development of Russian regions. Implementation of strategic planning in the regions of Russia is ambiguous. Questions of strategic planning can increase the indicators of socio-economic development of regions. Results of the study confirm the fulfillment of the conditions are not strategizing Russian regions. This condition is confirmed by the data of the Irkutsk region.
