Abstract
The article deals with: the need for optimization of regulatory legal base and organizational framework of police commissioners (hereinafter PDL) for the implementation of administrative supervision of persons in respect of which formal act a legal basis for the establishment for them of administrative supervision; the challenges that currently face the PDL in the exercise of administrative supervision.
