NETWORKING EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS TO SOLVE STAFFING PROBLEMS IN RURAL SCHOOLS

The article describes an approach of the pedagogical design of an educational institution’s activity in network communication which is based on the experience of the pedagogical university in Barnaul. It shows the stages of introducing different forms of the university’s network communication with other educational institutions in the region. The author represents the main trends of development in the situation when the university and school use distant educational technologies and e-learning.
