Abstract

The article provides examples of courage, sacrifice and heroism shown by the people during the great Patriotic war. The role of the homefront in the victory over the Nazi invaders. The focus is on perpetuating the memory of those who selflessly fought in the 40-ies for the future of the country and the people.It is now universally held celebrations, meetings, open memorials are monuments.
