CONTRACT AS A REGULATOR OF PUBLIC RELATIONS

The article discusses the role and importance of the Treaty as a regulator of social relations. A tendency to increase the role of the Treaty that are typical of most modern civil law, which leads to the increase of the role of the Treaty in the regulation of civil legal relations between subjects of civil relations.
