STATE REGULATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ALTAI REGIONAL ORGANIZATION DOSAAF IN 1937-1985.

In the introduction to the article, the author identifies five groups of socio-political organizations in the USSR. The first group is the country's only political party. The second group included propoliticheskie associations: the Komsomol, the Young Pioneers and the Union of October. The third group consists of trade union organizations (the Union of Artists, Writers 'Union of Cinematography Union, the Writers' Union, etc.). The fourth group are public organizations that unite people nonprofessional interests (nature lovers club, a voluntary society of motorists, public rescue waters, etc.). The last group - it is military-patriotic organizations. The main emphasis is paid to the activities of the military-sports society since the beginning. Conventionally, the author has identified three stages in the defense activities of the Company: a pre-war inception, the activities in the period of the Great Patriotic War, and the final stage covers the postwar years until 1985 on all stages of the data on the organizational structure, the Company's primary regional organizations. It presents statistics on the number of trained military occupations of graduates in the Altai Territory.
