Abstract
In the article the problems of coal mine industry development, alternative energy sources searching and creation of favorable investment climate is analyzed. The logical formal model of coalbed methane extraction and consumption forecasting is constructed. With help of the model are forecasted and estimated volumes, terms and recoupment.
