Abstract

The paper analyzed the dependence of leaf area of maize on the conditions of its cultivation of corn and, as a consequence, the formation of the crop. The importance of leaf formation rate, the total area of leaf surface and its photosynthetic activity in the development of corn plants. The results indicate that with the development of the root system and form a fairly strong pace of assimilation apparatus leaves sharply. In addition, the last leaves unfold slowly, due to the redistribution of nutrients accumulated by the plant for the development of generative organs
