Abstract
This article assumes the description of the foundations of quantum information theory, and in it the concept of quantum entanglement. A method for modeling entangled quantum computing in the field of quantum algorithms, which is a complete algorithm of the universal quantum algorithm in terms of quantum computing, as well as the study of entanglement level of influence on the work of quantum algorithms.
