THE PROBLEMS AND PECULIARITIES OF STATISTICAL DATA IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE XIX CENTURY (ON MATERIALS OF WESTERN SIBERIA)

The article deals with the problems and peculiarities of statistical data in the second half of the XIX century on materials of Western Siberia. Special attention is paid to the structure of the statistical services, which depend on the qualitative composition of the timely establishment of data processing and presentation of representative. In order to determine how timely, complete, clear, reliable and objective statistical information collected is necessary to refer to the sources of their formation, identifying who collected, on what forms went recruitment methods by which guided the formation of statistics and more.
