Abstract
In this research work green algae was chemically treated with Calcium Chloride or Perchloric acid and Formaldehyde or only washed with distilled water. This pretreated algae was used for equilibrium sorption uptake studies with Cr(VI). The Box-Behnken Design in response surface methodology by MATLAB was used for modelling the experiments.
