Abstract
Describes the experience of implementing energy service contracts in foreign countries. The main problem of implementation of measures for realizing the potential of energy saving in public institutions is the lack of funds. A solution to this problem is the energy services agreement. Based on international practice have different types of energy service agreements (performance contracts).
