BASES OF FORMATION OF THE BUDGET POLICY OF THE MUNICIPALITY AND EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION ON THE EXAMPLE OF PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY CITY DISTRICT BUDGET

Budget Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky city district is inefficient budget policy. The data are based on an analysis of the structure of the expenditure side of the municipal budget of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky urban district and analysis of changes in the financing of socially significant articles of consumption of the municipal budget. We analyze the structure of the revenue side of the municipal budget, and given the economic and legal assessment of the importance of information on the municipal budget for the citizens residing in the territory of the municipality.
