Abstract
Article is devoted to development of system of motivation and stimulation of a labor activity and personnel of the national entities. By the author it is shown that that motivation and stimulation of a labor activity - the main lever of a gain in productivity of work. On the terms of ensuring needs of workers the motivational policy of heads of the national entities shall be formed.
