CIVIL LIABILITY FOR VIOLATION OF LEGISLATION ON CONTRACT SYSTEM OF PPP IN THE FIELD OF PROCUREMENT

The article discusses the problems of legal regulation of civil liability for the violation of legislation on contract system of public-private partnership in the field of purchases of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs. The author analyzes specifics of determining the amount of fines and penalties for these violations. Particular attention is paid to the need to improve the civil-legal measures against abuses in negotiation and execution of public contracts.
