Abstract
The article is devoted to peculiarities of the process of adaptation of the personnel in modern organizations, taking into account international experience on the example of companies in Japan, Germany, USA.In modern conditions of doing business - the staff is one of the key factors determining the success of the company. The author shows that leaders of today need to focus not only on the workflow, primarily at the employees. It is important to coordinate the work so that employees believe and strive for the best together with the company, feeling themselves members of one team.
