Abstract
The article analyzes the public law (administrative and legal) the nature of the service contract. Based on the feature extraction of the administrative contract is concluded on the administrative and legal nature of the service contract as a kind of labor contract concluded by the representative of the employer - public legal education to the state (municipal) employees.
