ON THE QUESTION OF CRIMINOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SIGNIFICANT PROPERTIES OFFENDER COMMITTING INDECENT ASSAULT

The article contains a description and analysis of socio-demographic and moral-psychological characteristics of perpetrators of indecent assaulte. On the basis of the studied materials, investigative and judicial practice has concluded that indecent assault is most often committed by the man 30-49 years with secondary or incomplete secondary education, unemployed or working in low-skilled employment, unmarried, with no dependent children who commit immoral actions in the state of alcoholic intoxication.
